The new carpet looks great, but it is not a perfect match for your interior at home? No problem at all because we know how important it is that you are happy and satisfied with your choice. Whether in a shop or online, it is not easy to imagine how a carpet looks like back in your home. That's why you can simply return your carpet to us within 31 days after receipt. After the return we transfer the purchase amount back to your account.

How does the return work?

After a short message to one of our contacts, such as by e-mail or phone, we will create your personal return label and a link with which you can track the return at any time. Of course, you are free to choose the time of handover to our logistics service provider yourself.

With the return of the carpet we immediately initiate the refund of the purchase amount to your account. On request we are also happy to change your order, if you should have found an alternative in our online shop for example. This makes the whole process quick and easy for you, without having to worry about any details.

What are the exceptions?

Only carpets which have been made on special request are excluded from return. Each carpet must be in perfect condition on return.
